Ghost 8.3 and Vista Ultimate

I wanted to know if Ghost 8.3 would be capable of restoring Vista Ultimate partition on SATA drive.
I will be creating a recovery partition in the system. So the system will look like this:-
C: Drive :- Vista Ultimate Partition
D: Drive :- User Data Partition
E: Drive :- Ghost Image for recovery.
Now there maybe instances where user will format C drive completely. To restore i will use Ghost Image partition to recover C drive.
I want to know if that would be possible using Ghost 8.3 or i need to upgrade to v11 for Vista support.

It's already been said in many threads in many ways, but the simplest answer is
