Ghost 14 or Ghost 2003?

I've got a 50GB C: drive to backup.
Is that OK for Ghost 2003 to handle?

Also, it would be very nice (but not required) if I could exclude some files from the C: drive to be backup up. Is that doable in Ghost 2003? (I think it is not, but it is in Ghost 14.)

Any advice?
