	After using Norton removal tool no optical drives Jan 6^th, 2009 at 9:40pm I used Norton removal tool and now am unable to use my optical drives. I get a My Documents error "M:\ is not accessible. Access is denied". Any ideas of what to do? Don

Don,

I experienced this issue (Missing optical drives). I had no optical drive letters. It does resemble your problem. What do you think?.

Do you have a recent Ghost Recovery Point if nothing fixes your problem?
