No multi-booting. Just a standard laptop from the shop.

I tried to replicate the situation on my test computer. Win10 1607 was installed in UEFI mode and Fast Startup wasn't disabled. I made IFL images to a USB external HD using as many shutdown/restart combinations I could think of. It wouldn't fail.
