The coastline at Crystal Cove State Park, Laguna Beach

Copyright © 2003, Rad

Ahhh, Crystal Cove .. it's like stepping back in time 40 years.
3-miles, from one end to the other.
One of the few places in Southern California where you can get away from it all.

The tide is high right now. Usually, there's a lot more beach.
I prefer to run at low tide, when the beach is wide, and the sand firm (6 miles round-trip).

Radified home
