USC SCHOOL OF CINEMA-TELEVISION

Dear Wendy,

The Cinema-Television Admissions Committee has approved your application 
to the Graduate Production Program for the Spring semester of 2000.

To accept admission for the Spring 2000 semester, you must confirm your 
intent to enroll by returning the enclosed Statement of Agreement with a 
$300.00 deposit. The deposit will be applied to your tuition for the Spring 
2000 semester only, and is non-refundable.

Make your check payable to the University of Southern California and mail 
both items to:

The CNTV deposit and Statement of Agreement must be received no later 
than Friday, October 15, 1999. If your deposit and agreement are not received 
by the deadline, we will assume you have declined admission, and the USC Office 
of Admissions will be instructed to cancel your acceptance.

Requirements for the Master of Fine Arts Degree in Film and Television 
Production
were revised effective Fall 1997 to include television and new 
media courses. A requirement sheet is enclosed.

You are required to complete the following sequence of courses in your first 
year:

Spring 2000:
CTPR 507x - Production 1 [6 units]
CTCS 501 - History of the International Cinema: Silent Film [2 units]
CTWR 528 - Screenwriting Fundamentals [2 units]

Fall 2000:
CTPR 508x - Production II [6 units]
CTCS 504 - Television, New Media and Culture [2 units]
CTWR 529 - Intermediate Screenwriting [2 units]
