Wow. That's gonna cost a fortune to fix. I remember we had to replace a valve the size of your hand & it cost $275,000. Everything had to be "sub-safe" (tested), and if was was "nuclear grade", that was even more expensive.

The photo reminds me of how much bigger submarines look out of the water. We were in drydock a couple a times. Drydock sux cuz you have every Tom, Dick & Harry looking over your shoulder, watching every move you make. Inspectors galore.
