I have a friend who upgraded from SystemWorks 2003 to SystemWorks 2005 and it seems that their NEC DVD writer is not compatible with the new version of Ghost.

When they told me it wasn't working, I suggested checking the Symantec site. After doing so, they told me that 2003 was the lastest version listing their drive as compatible.

This is the first time I've heard of a fairly recent piece of hardware being dropped from support on a new program version.
