how do you do a image and a restore using ghost 10

Is there a link on how to do a image and restore using ghost 10.0 . I have gone through the manual for ghost 10.0 from symantec and I did not see it the step by step instructions on how to image.

Is there a diffierence between backing up and doing a image or are they the same thing. If i could i rather do a image because one it is faster and two i have alot of machines that are the same in terms of specs that need to be cloned on to all the machines.
