Cool how the two
semi-circle pictures (#'s 5 & 6) form a whole
I didn't plan it that way. Just happened.
And elderly gent who lives a few doors down informed me that Crescent Bay Point
Park
is comprised of four (4) building lots (each long & thin), stretching from
Crescent Bay Drive to the ocean.
He says his wife (Jeanette) was instrumental is persuading
the City to construct the park for public
enjoyment.
Much thanks to Ms. Jeanette.
It was built back in the mid-70's, when the cost of real estate was far more
reasonable.
Few today could afford even one of these (obscenely-priced) ocean-front lots.
The park is located ~a mile north of town (beach
map).
